GET READY TO CREATE! On your way to the event, visualize your project and divide it into 4 small functionalities that you can complete during the day. During the event you'll normally have periods of 30 minutes to 2 hours of focused work, followed by breaks to socialize and have coffee. From experience, you'll have 4 to 6 high-productivity periods to advance on the functionalities you've planned. Alternated with break moments to rest, share ideas, recharge energy, and learn about other projects.

The event will take place at Flexo offices, a space designed to foster creativity and collaboration. We have a main room for focused work and a cafeteria area for networking. Flexo has generously opened their doors to us, so we ask you to respect their facilities by keeping the work area free of food and drinks, using only the cafeteria area to consume them. During the event you can change tables without any problem, there are usually free spaces in all areas, just respect the places that other participants have occupied.

10:00 AM - ARRIVAL AND NETWORKING

Arrive on time to take advantage of this valuable initial networking moment. Upon entry, we'll provide you with labels to place your name, nickname, or username, facilitating the start of conversations with other participants. Help us arrange the space and look to sit at a table with people working on projects similar to yours to foster collaboration.

11:00 AM - PROJECT PRESENTATIONS

We'll all gather in the main room to briefly share the projects we want to work on during the day. This is an ideal moment to get inspired and learn what other attendees are working on. After the presentations, if any project interests you greatly, approach the person who presented it and you can help them build it during the rest of the event.

2:00 PM - LUNCH AND NETWORKING

At this time we'll have a break for lunch. Take advantage of this time to recharge, learn what other participants are creating, and establish valuable connections that can enhance your project or inspire you with new ideas.

7:30 PM - PREPARATION FOR PRESENTATIONS

We'll make a call for presentations with 10 available spots. If you want to present your project, approach Siedrix to register and verify your computer's connection with the projector. You'll also receive advice on how to structure your presentation to maximize its impact. Focus your participation on sharing your learnings, explaining why this project is relevant to you, describing the tools you used, and demonstrating how your creation works.

8:00 PM - PRESENTATIONS

We'll start punctually with the presentations. Each participant will have 5 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes to answer questions. This dynamic format allows everyone to appreciate the diversity of projects and knowledge generated during the day.

UNTIL 10:00 PM - FINAL NETWORKING AND CLOSING

After the presentations, we'll have the venue available until 10:00 PM for a bit more networking. We ask that you help us leave the space clean and tidy. If you wish to continue conversations, you can head to one of the many nearby bars to keep sharing experiences, although these encounters will no longer be part of the official event.

FOCUS: Bring headphones to concentrate better during work periods. They'll help you fully immerse yourself in your project when necessary.

CONNECT: Don't hesitate to raise your hand or look for someone with experience if you need help with any specific topic. The community is here to support each other.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS: Always keep an eye on your things, especially after presentations when it's common for some objects to be forgotten on tables.
